BookTen (Booktengoku) collects personal information from you in order to use for BookTen service only. BookTen (Booktengoku) will not use or disclose your personal information for purposes other than those described in this policy.
BookTen (Booktengoku) allows other companies, called third-party ad servers or ad networks, to serve advertisements within the BookTen (Booktengoku) Sites. These third-party ad servers or ad networks use technology to send, directly to your browser, the advertisements and links that appear on BookTen (Booktengoku) Sites. You agree that: (i) the Booktengoku Website shall be deemed solely based in Japan; and (ii) the Booktengoku Website shall be deemed a passive website that does not give rise to personal jurisdiction over Booktengoku, either specific or general, in jurisdictions other than Japan. These Terms of Service shall be governed by the internal substantive laws of Japan, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Any claim or dispute between you and Booktengoku that arises in whole or in part from the Booktengoku Website shall be decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Tokyo, Japan.
